I have a 06 LBZ with Intake, turbo back exhaust, bd Manifold, PPE Hot +2, FASS 150 not instlled yet...Would i get better performance with a boost controller?? Basically I still have warranty and am not in a hurry to change out the stock turbo yet but would like to get some better performance out of it.

on a VVT engine boost is regulated by two things fuel and the Vane(s) position

You'll bring on the boost ALOT faster. For example, when using light throttle (staying under 2k rpm's) I can hit 10-11lbs of boost with the controller, where-as before I could do about 6-8lbs.

I would do a blocker plate first, I have'nt used my boost controller since I installed mine. I get plenty of boost without it. I does bring on boost faster on one setting that is good for drag racing.

I dont think its really worth the money, PPE's tunes builds plenty of boost, plenty fast. Mine actually boosts a little too high w/o a boost controller. Like LWATSON said get your egr blocked thats gonna make the biggest difference to get all that soot from reentering your combustion chamber. Those pumps should make a difference too.
