I am looking into a trans mod. The only thing I am running is 125hp oj. That is the only thing I will ever put on it. I spend most of my time driving and in the summer towing. TTS triple disc looks nice. Is it to much for this small amount of power? I only run the 90hp tune right now but would like to run the 125.

If all you will ever put on it is a juice than a quality single disk will hold ya.
I would give one of the guys that have a TTS converter a shout like carbon04 or one of the others a shout to here what thier impressions are and if they aline with you. A TTS or a suncoast single or any other quality single will hold ya. I believe Nick ran a ton of power through his single disk no problem.
although some will debate having too much power nobody can debate having too much holding power(cost aside) though
Edit: if your going to do the trans you might as well go hot juice. I know were there is a good unit for sale used;) ):h

I remeber when a Hot OJ was all I was ever gonna run. ):h Things have a way of changing.
For the small amount of price difference, get the triple. IMHO the TTS is the best. Both ATS and Suncoast make good converters as well. A triple is good insurance compared to what it would cost later to buy a second converter. Meaning if you decide later to go with a triple and you already laid out the cash for a single. Then go with the trans mods of your choice. I like the ATS/co-pilot but some shy away from the price and go with the Suncoast Stage 3.

I am not worried about the price difference between the single and triple. I mainly just don't want to lose any power! I mainly just want to lose some of the trans slip in the lower gears when not in T/H.
