Hey Guys,

I have spent qite a bit of time on the 6.5 board and everything in my sig. I have done with the help of the GREAT people on here.
My Uncle has a 1982 6.2 which is used maybe twice a week for short periods of time. He has starting issues with it and is not able to work on it, so I thought maybe I could help him out.
Does it have a lift pump ??, Can I put in 60G glow's and a manual overide like I did on mine ??
I am curious if these things are similar to my 95.

it has a mech lift pump mounted in front of the pass. side motor mount. yes the glow plugs will screw right in. an 82 should have the glow plug solinoid on the drivers side inner fender well if you install the 60gs and run a wire and a switch to the interior from that solinoid it should be ok.
