The week before Christmas I received the title to my truck from GMAC!!! Boy it sure feels nice to have the truck note paid off! The truck turned 100k miles two weeks before its third birthday and is running as strong as it did from day one!

My only complaint is the dual mass flywheel. I'm on my 3rd and this is "suppose" to be a new, longer lasting design from GM. The engine has been flawless, I just keep changing fuel filters every 12 - 15k miles!!!

Now, with the money I'm saving every month I'm sure there are a few mods I can purchase!!!

Here in Montana you actually get the title but it does say Lien holder on it. It is a false sense of security though. Congrats!

If you look at my sig, the truck has been mod'd somewhat. The engine is bone stock...but hopefully that will change in the near future. The next 2 items on my wish list are a 70/110 VA box and TTT mirrors. My piggy bank is slowly filling up, hopefully will have the VA box in the next month or so...then start saving for the TTT mirrors.

I just love being a kid!!!

Glad you got your title mate. The Christmas present is from yourself though. If you think you own it now your wrong...lol Don't pay that tax for the tag or insurance and see if you can drive it. I hate the way the gov has set things up.

Pay your house off and see if you own it also....If you miss your tax payment chances are the true owner will sell it from you.

When I payed my last truck off and got the title I think someone at GMAC sprayed the new car smell on the title and yup 2 months later went out and got a new one couldnt take it no more. sniff sniff sniff

:ro) I just made my last payment too! Man, it's getting harder an harder to finance these things for only 3 years. I hope to hang on to this one for a while.
