I have what I interput as a vibration in my truck. It's like something under the hood is up against the firewall causing the vibration inside the truck. I can't really pinpoint it inside, the dash, steering wheel and pedals? Has anyone else experienced this?

A tech posted a while back of a similar vibration. His fix was a heatshield by the down exhaust pipe was making contact with the fire-wall. He said he was able to reach down there to it, bend it away slightly and problem solved. He said he had seen several.
