Can't get my predator to download. I have followed all the directions and have called Diablo for advice. I get a "access denied" followed by "script error" when the unit is trying to read my stock tune. They are telling me to make sure the correct fuses are removed, I have double checked my work and still no luck. They talk about an "info" fuse but I cannot find one in either fuse block.

I bought the truck used and have talked the previous owner and he did not make any mods at all.

The truck is a 2002 2500HD D/A.

Any idea's ? They have (Con's Performance) exchanged the unit and I get the same thing with the new unit that I got on the first one.

Thanks,

Phil

When I did mine I started with the running lights on and had to shut them off and apply the parking break. I have not had any problems uploading or downloading. Keep us informed on what you find out.

Have you put your ignition in the "run" position? When I first tried to load my stock tune I got the same result as you, I was putting my key in the "on" position, it needs to be in the "run" position to work properly.
