Last night was deivein in snow and the abs light came on for a few min's whats that for? Thanks Sunny

Usually means there is something wrong with the ABS system.

Were you driving through lots of snow? Enough to rip off sensor wires?

If it went off it sounds like everything is back to normal. Try the abs on ice and make sure it works.

If it was slick the wheel speeds could have mismatched long enough to set the light, it will clear on the next restart as soon as the speed sensors match again. Happens to me alot when I run one in the air to listen for noises, etc.

Exactly what max payne said happened to me many time when I've been in the mud, while I was checking on my cows. Seem that once I hit the brakes hard it goes off.

It was slick out and i was tryin to not get stuck and then it poped up i drove it all day to day and it didnt come on. But one question when im in 4 wheel high in snow truck wheel hopes bad. my old truck didnt do it. is there any thing i should look at or take too dealer. OHH got say this on the new there was a Semi stuck in the snow A Duramax pulled him out lol just had to say that one
