Been there and done that. Not worth the trip or the lousy t-shirt. ;) I think that the cover is made well. The install was a hassle, too many parts to fuss with and it has to be just right or it will bind up.

The cover panels are fairly tough but the seals in between each one tend to wear and start to leak. Even with the cover setup perfectly square each panel moves and bounces around in the wind at cruise speed allowing the seals to wear and water to get in.

You loose the front of the bed when the cover is open so it really cuts down on storage / hauling. If you are hauling something small that fits under the cover and it slides to the front of the bed you then can't open the cover because it is in the space where the panels fold up.

If you run around with it open it can fall off the tracks and jam up too. Censored It did have a nice locking feature and had a bit more security than a soft cover.

I ran it for about a year and a half and then ripped it out for an Access-Roll Cover. I love the new cover, it does a much better job and cost less. It is a soft cover but the hard folding cover concept just did not work out. :(
