The fuel filter would be the first place to look.

Fuel filter was change no long time ago about 1k to 2k ago? and i change it reguraly every 10k or so
Does it seem more like an electrical problem than a fuel problem?

When do you recommend to change the fuel filter? My truck has 33700 miles and has the original fuel filter.

how do i find it out? is there any test dealer would do since its still under warranty, would the belive me ?
I'm more familiar with big rigs not sure about these trucks yet? I know when I hook up our data link to the ECM on our trucks it will show me that the TPS has a fault code. It will show me how many times the fault took place and how long it took place for. I'm not sure if GM has the same technology that the big rigs have but, they might.
I've had something similar happen to me in a truck. As I was down shifting I let off the throttle, when I went to get the RPM's up to downshift it just held the RPM I was at for a second then it very slowly crept up to te desired RPM. Not sure if that sounds like the problem you had but, I would ask the dealer about it.
Good Luck

Took my truck to the dealership this morning to get the fuel filter changed. Truck has original with 33800 miles. Told them I wanted the filter to check to see how bad it was, but I don't have a cutter. Any other way of getting the filter out of the housing? (Truck was running as good as new before the filter change.)

Hacksaw around the top 1/2 inch of the can. Just cut the metal, not the filter.

That's what I did right after I posted that. The filter is pretty much used up. It could of probably went a while longer, though.
