I can't get my Power Pup to power up when I plug it into my OBD-II port. I called bully dog last week about this and they sent me a new unit out, no questions asked. But this didn’t solve my problem. I called them again today and informed them that it still wasn't working, so they told me to plug it into a different vehicle to see if it would power up. I plugged it into my dads 2002 Chevy van and it came right on. I've checked my fuses, but they told me to check my OBD-II fuse, which I can't seem to find. They said it had to be a loose wire or a blown fuse, but everything looks fine. My main concern is that if I have to take my truck in for an unexpected service, how I am supposed to get the program off of the truck. It's stuck on the 75hp tune right now.

Ok, so I have borrowed a Predator from Craig at Macs Performance, it is an LB7 unit but all I want to do is check the balance rates. He tried it out and it works on an LLY truck. The unit will not power up. I have checked the cig. fuse and it is good. I don't know what else there is to check. Any ideas anyone?

With the power pup installed on my truck it would lock doors if I got out and shut the door while the engine was running. On star could not help me either. All went back to normal when returned to stock
