well my truck is finally about to come out of the body shop due to an unfortunate event. i will be putting on my 325/60 18's for the first time. another member on here had a GMC and he was telling me he spaced his bumper out with washers and longer bolts, or something to that extent. i told the guy working on my truck what i wanted to do. and he doesnt seem to be able to process what im tellin him. he says where the bumper bolts to the frame the bolt goes down vertically and there no way to space it out. i know there a way just dont know how exactly. would it have something to do with the bumper mounting brackets? if anyone has done this some pics of the underneath where you did it would be a whole lotta help
i hate to rush getting help from you guys but its either this or having to pull everything loose on the truck again to do it. i figured just do it right the first time.
