The new Diesel Power shows them increasing mileage with an exhaust, a programmer and an intake. I have the programmer and the exhaust...but I get 15mpg with my 315s. Will an intake do anything?

I noticed nothing with my programmer, and nothing with my intake, my exhaust made the biggest difference. Im on 285s and get 15/city and 20 interstate hand calculated
