My neighbor has an 05 with less than 36K they just purchased with some issues! From what i gather it is making a knocking noise sometimes at idle and it is hopping and jumping in several gears. They said they did a vin check and it has had two clutches installed in it. Did not know if flywheel is coming apart or clutch or what is going on? Any info would be great!

Sounds like the flywheel is probably coming apart again :mad:. I never noticed the knocking noise when mine went south but others have told me that they have. As long as it's under warranty GM should replace it but it gets annoying and it would be best to replace it with a South Bend.

Go ahead and give John a call at Dynadroit order you a new smf clutch kit. It took me 4 dmf and 60000 miles before I did, Best upgrade I have done.
