acehi 11-12-2003, 02:20 PM I am new with these Racor filters and I just purchased the R90S. The two gaskets that come with it each have a tapered edge on one side. My question is which way should that tapered edge face? I am guessing the square side goes toward the filter and the tapered side outward. I just want to be sure before I end up with a bunch of fuel all over my driveway. I asked the guy at the store and he was new and didn't know anything about them.
