: P0101 Code

I am still having trouble with the P0101 codes. About 30 days ago I had a Banks Cat Back Monster Exhaust installed and a AFE CAI STage 2 intake installed. Other than that my truck a 2005 GMC Duramax LLY Long Bed is stock.
Within about 130 miles of the install I got a P0404, P0401, P0299 and P0101 codes.
The first 3 I understand are related to the reduced back pressure due to the Banks Exhaust. The other probably due to oil from the AFE filter. I have since changed the filter AFE Pro Dry filter, cleaned the MAF two times and of course can continue to do so if it can take a few times.
I cleaned the MAF twice and it went away for about 20 miles but came back this morning. THe dealer reflashed the truck to handle the 0404 and 0401 codes but I haven't got enough miles on it to see if it is truly gone or will come back. I am getting pretty PO'd about this. It is not like I reduced the efficiency of my truck if anything I improved it. And I keep getting these. I almost wish I had my old exhaust and intake.
Question. Is the 0101 code only generated because the original AFE filter was oiled and contaminated the sensor? Can this code be thrown if sensor is good and that is not the issue. Does the lower boost and exhaust back pressure have the potential to also trip this code?
Also can I drive with this code. I am seeing better mileage, more power and everything feels fine just the code. Can that code cause problems that you know of or is it really more emissions related?
Your input is very much appreciated and needed.

My first suggestion is to put the stock intake back on and clear codes. That is a very simple test.
