my clutch fried on Friday. I expected to get stranded the next time I drove. CPMac told me not to drive it til he arrived. He left KC late Friday nite and drove 600+ miles to my house.
The truck is working again now, but that is not the purpose of this thred. Anybody EVER had a vendor drive that far, that soon to fix a product?
We still have some work to do to understand the problem, but Craig McElfresh is an honest and reliable guy !!
Thanks Craig!!

Yeah, Craig's the man when is comes to customer service. Nice to meet you Deadeye! Glad I came down been a year or so since I hung out with Craig and hung out and talked trucks. Maybe sometime we can get a group together and have a truck day or dyno or do something.

I had a chance to meet Craig at Muncie last summer and although I didnt have to deal with him on a customer/salesman basis, he is a good guy and very easy to talk too.
Keep up the good work Craig!

Craig is definitely the guy that will be taking care of my clutch needs after this 4th factory DMF goes bad.
