Hey everyone. I have 2005 crew cab long bed Chevy. I have had it for about 6 months now and it just recently started making a popping noise when i would go over small bumps. It really does it when i am turning and it is in the front left. I dont know much about the mechanics of this truck but i have a friend who does and he told me to put something on here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It could be the infamous intermediate steering shaft clunk. There's a TSB on it. Dealer should replace it with a new one. You might ask if warranty will cover it first.
