Earlier this year I added a set of ttt-mirrors (by the way ttt stands for telescopic trailer towing) to my '02 3500. They have proven to be an excellent mirror and if I were to order a new truck today I would have it built with standard mirrors, then remove them and add ttt's. My only complaint has been a whistle that they create that can be heard when driving with the windows down. Having heard that they now have a means of silencing this whistle I went to their web page ... http://www.ttt-mirror.com/ .... and went to their Contact Us section where I asked about their solution. The same day I received an e-mail, no questions asked, requesting an address where they could send whatever it is they have come up with. I got the same response to my same enquiry.. Kudos to Shefenaker for great customer support and thanks to John Kennedy to getting them to me on very short notice while on vacation in Oklahoma!
