1992 7.3L diesel. It turns over a lot before it cranks. Once it cranks it runs good and will crank again if you turn it off and crank it. i found the glow plug relay cracked and replaced it. Would I replace the glow plugs next?

How does it start now? If it starts fine you shouldn't need glow plugs, if it does have trouble you should test the plugs.
