I was just reading this link:
http://www.gm.com/corporate/investor_information/earnings/
and saw this line:
GM reported a net loss of $39 billion (including Allison Transmission, which is classified as a discontinued operation), or $68.85 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2007, compared with a reported net loss of $147 million, or $.26 per diluted share, in the year-ago quarter. Does this mean GM is going to stop using the Allison tranny?
