just put plow on and was going up a hill gauge reads just under a 1/4 no gas light on and it just stalled out it didnt burbble or anything, but had it towed to the shop and changed fuel filter primed and spun engine over forever and it finally started after i, oh i wont say cause its a no no :o: but atleast its running,Has anyone else ever sen this happen and are ur gauges wrong like mine
replace the fuel filter if its not new, then go in and have the fuel level sensor checked out, failed sensors are common.

Mine has shown almost 1/4 tank more than the actual amount in the tank since day 1. Dealer has replaced the sending unit and the instrument cluster both with no change. I use the DIC and reset it at each fill to tell how much fuel I have left. There are many threads on this site talking about poor gauge accuracy.
