I do not think so, it all depends on the tech and if your exhaust caused some type of problem. How do you like the exhaust. Sound, fit & performance.

gary1,
You shouldn't have any problems at all with the dealers, especially with a cat back system. That's why we have both types of systems, cat back and front pipe back ones. We also have them in aluminized, T-409 stainless (like your Banks) and T-304 stainless for the ultimate in corrosion protection. Plus we have them all in duals if that's the look you like.

Mark @ DPPII don't know about your dealer. However, I do know about mine.
I called my service department and talked to the service manager, before I purchased my cat back system and he did not have a problem with the cat back system or even installing a EGT gage although, the warranty would be void on the exhaust manifold that I would drill to install the EGT probe.
We both laughed and said there isn't that many warranty issues with exhaust manifolds.
My 2 cents worth.
So far he has been cool.
