How many people out there have Green trucks and have noticed the raised area on each of the four doors. Looks like the equipment used to make the sections had something wrong with it when the rolled them out.

My truck has this on all four doors and I have seen many others with it too. Is GM replacing these? If I get some pictures I will post them here, so everyone can see what I am talking about.

I have a green 05, what are you noticing on the doors? I give mine a pretty good inspection every day looking for dents, dings, etc and haven't noticed anything unusual.

You mean the door moldings on the side of the door? If that's what you're referring to, there is a tsb about it...Visit your dealer and point it out to them..They'll order you 4 new moldings....The problem is they didn't take the upc tag off the back of the moldings and they "bubble out"....

Yep, the door moldings on my '04 have a bubble. That's the wording I was looking for. Is this only on the green ones, that's all I have noticed it on.

Can someone post the TSB here for it so I have it when I go into the dealer.

As far as the tsb goes, you'll have to ask one of the techs for that...

Mine is dark gray and I have color coded moldings and mine had the bubbles and they have been replaced per the tsb. Call your dealer and setup an appointment...

Had this on my "white" moldings and had dealer replace under warranty. There is a TSB but I don't know the number. In my case, I mentioned to the dealer there was a TSB and they did it no problems!

Had mine replace last August. No problem. GM told the dealers to watch for it, by the time I brought mine in, the dealer already had mine on order.
