I'm new to the Diesel world (well about 2 months into it) I hear about winter blend & summer blend or differnet blends for differnt areas. I'm in central tx. where it seldom gets below 22-24...most of the time not even 32 Anything i need to know?

Pevo.....as far as I know the 'winter blend' is only for areas where it is consistently well below freezing for most of the winter. I live in SW Colorado and there are additives in our diesel for the season, starting in late Fall.
50 miles from here in NW New Mexico, they possibly don't add anything in thier fuel, as it isn't as cold. You shouldn't have anything to worry about anywhere in Texas. Daryl
