I took off my OEM hitch and tried to put on the hitch Putnam told me to order 25189. Well...it does not fit because the spring shackles are in the way. They now say I need the 25182. Can anybody verify what model number they put on their SB 07.5 NBS 2500? I want to be sure before I order...especially since Putnam could only say sorry...with no offer to pay shipping on the return of the hitch they told me to order!!! They are lost in their tech service department....the best I could get was the 25182 should fit. I am really considering another brand as much as I like the Putnam products. Thanks
