Check on the passenger side, wiretied to the battery cables down near the bottom of the plastic fenderwell. It has a cover over the end of the plug in so use a flashlight to locate it.
Then clip the wire tie and pull it out the front of the truck and under the leading edge of the bumper near the tow hook so you can locate it. this is easiest, but some pull it over the bumper and leave it hanging out. I just tuck it up behind the back of the bumper so I don't pull it out if I use the tow hook.

The cord will go down into a black plastic ribbed shell. Cut the electrical tape from the top & this ribbed shell & you will see it is split. The cord will then pull all the way down the split as long as you want. Then route it on the inside of the frame rail to the front tow hook. Works great by the tow hook instead of lifting the hood each time to plug in
I quoted this from an old thread.

anybody find that running it by the tow hook leaves you scraping the snow/ice out of there to plug it in? I ran mine under the air intake and up to the headlight for that reason.
