With all the talk about high egt. I was wondering if anyone has had a turbo puke on them because of this. How long did it take? I'm new at the diesel power game, and installed my first power upgrade. Just thinking some things through. Thanks for your replys.

Nothing on the LLY however I think Mr. Kennedy has removed one from his LB7 has shown stress or heat cracking.

at 32000 i lost a turbo,or broke the shaft into at the weak point and noticed many small cracks in the housing,told jk about this when it happened cause i got the spare from him....

Without the use of Propane, Nitrous, and Meth/H20, there really isn't anything available for the LLY to melt a turbo yet.

We will have to suffer with virgin turbos for now... ;)
