I had hyjacked another thread a while back that was in regards to the power extending mirrors, but I'm still wondering if the following change can be reversed:
Well I am ordering an SLT with the 10 way power seats/memory, but the local dealer said that GM stopped the 1-2 keyfob because of too many customer compliants, and radios built after 03/2004 will not change to driver 1/2 preset either.
My '04 Denali that was built 02/2004, has radio, pedal, mirror and driver seat presets tied to fob 1/2 so that when I hit the button to unlock, everything is set the way I like it.
Is my dealer wrong about the '05 changes, or can that feature be 'added' back? I'd assume it is a software change rather than hardware...
Max Payne had responded, and thought it might be possible, but I'd really like to confirm that it is, so I can have my dealer make the change when it is delievered.
Thanks for any input.
