Was going over extended warranties and stated I did not want it.
Got home a was reading all the paper work and guess what.
Sure I signing all those paper was a vehicle sevice contract for 2,231.00 and I signed the dam thing.
Going down there in the mor and have a few lot of words with the general manager as I know I should need looking at what I was signing but when you state you don't want it and they still slip in in the signing of 10 or more papers, is that not dishonest????????????:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Get an attorney fast — or you are going nowhere. The dealer is experienced and prepared to stick it to you as a single individual coming in to whine. Too, your state may have laws that permit you to void the entire deal within a certain period. Get some representation — or pay a lot more to the dealer. Bring it to the attention of your state Attorney General's Office of consumer fraud and to the Better Business Bureau.

Went in to the dealer and they took care of the problem. In fact they were very nice about helping me.
But will watch what I sign in the future.

Sure surprises me. You must have found a decent dealer — or (to be cynical about it) one that calculated you wouldn't discover it and would just pay. Glad to learn you got it resolved.

You can cancel an extended warranty whenever you want, you get back the portion of the $ amount that you have not used via a check in the mail or most of them will take it off the pay-off or your vehicle.
