Y'all,

I have the 4" summit racing turbo back kit on my truck now, and I was thinking about moving to the 5" kit. Is there any real benefit (will I notice a difference) to from moving from a 4" kit to a 5" kit other than I like the looks of it? Thanks in advance.

Looks and sound, yes. Performance, no. Worth it though!

Don't think you'll see much benefit unless you're really pulling the performance out of your truck. The gains to the everyday tuner are minimal. I have heard a few complaints about drone in the cab with 5", if you like it...do it. That's all that really matters.

What do you mean by everyday tuner? I have Edge Juice w/Attitude stacked with the predator? Would that make a difference in the performance of going from a 4" to a 5"?

Performance will be the same, but looks and sound will be changed quite a bit. If you want it very aggressive sounding, 5" is definately the way to go.

I had an Edge and a Quad stack on my 02, and it sounded badass with a 5". A little drone, but worth it! Drone quiets down once it's carboned up a bit. It acts as an insulator.

i think i might get that 5'' Turbo Back stainless kit from DSTRBD and give my brother my 4'' Turbo back for Christmas...i already got him alot but what the hell...it will be better than his 3.5'' with no muffler and hollowed out Cat lol

Nothing in your sig stated your tuning.....performance increase = none. Point Blank.

5" straight pipe will be retarded loud...trust me hahha
