Well gents I decided to get some M&H Racemaster Cheaterslicks (30x14x16LT), mounted them on American Eagle 16x10s.

When i was at the track i would race with my old BFG 265s on stock rims. They would always hop and chop upon launch. Ran a 14.34 with spare tire and some extra equipment still on board. Next time i must have taken off another 100lbs and barely ran a 14.4 due to tire slippage. Dad asked me why i was slipping so much, we looked at the tires and they were nearly bald. So we decided to get these. They cost less than my 315s so we were pretty happy about that. Got them mounted yesterday and since they are street legal (barely) a couple of my friends and I decided to try them out, you know just to see if they would rub;). Cruised around town and won a few races, got a lot of attention and was included in some cell-phone videos :D.

Launch is incredible! I could feel the wrinkle wall absorbing the torque and it felt like it bounced forward. No slip, no chopping or hopping just pure grip, even with no burn out. Very please with them. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a lot more bite on the track with significantly less weight.

Special thanks to Brandon (BMDMAX) who runs the same tires and helped me with all the questions i had.

Any questions are welcome
Thanks

Is there a weight rating on those tires like on regular tires?

Yes, i dont know if there is a DOT for the regular slicks but since the ones i got are cheater slicks, and are street legal:D, they do have a weight rating, I'm not sure what it is though:o:

I know they are street legal but I was just wondering how these cheater slicks like having 7500 lbs on them. See what it says on the side of the tire.
