I wanted to lift my 2004 3500 Dually to run 22.5s on it. Who makes the best kit for these trucks? I want the best ride and the least ammount of strain on suspension and steering components.

Probably 6" cognito lift. Might need more lift to clear em though. like 8" kit cognito

Anyone know how much I am looking at spending for the:

Cognito lift
10 lug adapters
19.5 or 22.5 wheels
and Toyo or equilavlent big rig tires

???

Not sure for the lift, but the wheels and tires are 4500 I believe for the 19.5, and the 22.5 are alittle more expensive. There is a article in the diesel power magazine that has the number for the dealer with the wheels and tires. Not a cheap way to go.

19.5 could fit on there without a lift though I would think.

You could run the 7-9" Cognito set at 9", or the 9-11" CST if you want to run 22.5's. For 19.5's you don't need a lift.

As far as cost, it depends on how you want it to look. Add dual shocks to the lift and theres another G easy. If you want polished aluminum Alcoa's that'll add up too. Depends really on what you want. Find a truck you like and figure out whats on it, or post a pic and we'll tell you. :D

Well they are relatively new still so that is expensive plus the tires are rated at about 200K miles before you need new ones. With the 10 lug adapter kit I dont think that is that expensive.
My wheel are 22's with my 40X15.50 tires they cost about the same as that.
