has anyone installed a bigger fuel tank on their trucks , i was thinking of putting a titan fuel tank. i am tired of this 26 gallon tank having to fill up everytime.

I put a 46 gal transferflow tank on my 02. Best investment you can make. My 06 will be getting one soon.

couple hours of work
love mine as i have the Titan too
only suggestion would be get some 5/8 hose and fittings instead of the
1/2in it comes with for the vent because this is what your stock is
also se if you can find a cross it works really good for connecting all the hoses together for the vent.:D

I have the Titan also, had a problem with their suppled O-ring. It leaked bad. I have heard of others having this problem also. I ended up useing the stock O-ring that the directions said to throw away, all is good now.

I cleaned out the stock tank and I have it in my attic. If I sell the truck, its going back in.

Titan guys... I understand the fuel gauge works properly but is the DIC screwed up by the larger tank?

Any LMM guys got one?

I just added some silicone around the o ring. Over 1 year and no problems....By far my best investment.
