I have been reading different posts on the LLY about this. When do you know when it is time to reflash? Mine is smoking more and the dealer feels it is related to my programs. I feel the smoking is getting worse. The smoke is at idle and is a gray color. Would reflashing it help?

There are so many variables that effect your motor mate. Reflashing could help you if your truck has the older code/flash. I would bring it in to a dealer that deals with GM's bigger trucks. They usually have better experience in the diesels. I wouldn't flash it till it was the last option. Its hard to move to the older flash. I have read about some power loss during towing issues.
