Trust in these words of wisdom

DO NOT BLOCK THE WASTEGATE OR USE "Juicegrips(TM)"

I have blown up more turbos than anyone else (I Think) so either i am stupid (More than Likely) or Gifted (Possibly...NOT) But I do push the envelope a slight bit):h
So, having qualified my credentials:eek: The banks gate is a good unit. DO NOT be tempted to use an HKS VPC or Greddy Profec B EITHER!

Set the banks to 26 LBS of initial lift.... 28 ONLY if you are not running massive fuelling or ported intake componentry. You WILL BLOW past the wastegate, STALL your compressor and the thing will BLOW UP or exceed the RPM limit and the compressor section will literally fly itself apart.

If you do a search on here.... look for 550.5 RWHP.... 20 pages of reading, as well as my findings for turbocharger limitations etc.
If you do not read the thread, and walk the line as I did (do?):h ) you will soon be bleeding and surfing ebay for another turbocharger.
