Well, have the replacement engine in. Truck was running fine. Loaded a new dsp5 tune and started to play around. Now I cannot build over 20psi. I can hear the leak easily while driving, but have yet to locate it. All of the boots and clamps seem secure and tight. Are there other problem areas that I can check? I should be able to easily hit 45-50psi. Any suggestions are appreciated.

If you have a EGR blocker plate check that. If so spray some soap where the EGR blocker plate is and look for bubbles.

Drivers side intercooler tube. The alluminum part. Sometimes it will rub on the steering box and get a hole in it :mad:.

Thanks for the replies. After further investigation, I found that the intake tube on the turbo had come loose. The dealer must not have tightened it enough. All is good now. I have my whistle back.
