Got my truck back 1 week ago after having 2 injectors replaced and now I have fuel in my crank. A block away from home, as I was driving I saw my oil pressure drop. I parked it in the gagage and checked my oil and can smell fuel on the dipstick. So I crawled underneath and opened my fumoto valve and drained a litre of dark fuel.
Question What damage could have been done so far?
Thanks!

Probably none. I drove my 02 with two injectors filling the crankcase with diesel and blowing it out the rear for 3500 miles from Guadalajara Mexico home, changing the oil very frequently, but not changing it for the last 500 miles or so. Running pure diesel by the time I got home. Changed all injectors, oil, filter, and oil pressure went right back to normal. Drove it 3,000 more miles without a drop of oil use before I traded it. Ran perfectly. Wished I had kept it.
A lot of people won't agree with me but, when you take diesel and mix it with oil you lose the viscosity in the oil, which will create more friction in the engine. I would not wait to long to take it back to the dealer to have the problem corrected.
