OK, I am sold on GM for quite some time now! What other company stands behind their vehicles with 120K on the odometer. I have owned many cars in my life from Dodge to Ford, BMW, Nissan and VW. Not a single one has stood behind their product like GM just did. I brought this '02 Sierra Crew Cab Dually in because of what I thought was a noisey injector. They did the tests, determined there was a problem with 4 injectors (8 were replaced 10k mi. ago). They are being installed as we speak.

One thing about this truck, it has never had any aftermarket chips etc., it is bone stock and seems to pull my equipment just fine. I don't want to race anybody with it and plan on having for quite some time. If I do purchase another truck, it will be a GM.

GM, Great job! You have made a long term customer out of me.

Congrats, many people have to fight to get them replaced. I think that you just found a good dealer, reguardless of what they sell. Wish they could all be that cooperative.

The Service Writer, Service Manager and Mechanic were extremely helpful. Many have said that it is the dealer that they have had problems with. These folks were all very understanding. They even got me a truck to drive around in while I am waiting on parts and the repair to be completed. They have 2 diesel mechanics at this place and I have been told that they are extremely good at their job.

The dealership is Koons GMC, Pontiac Buick in Manassas, VA. The service Writer is Corey Dahl, Service Manager is Mike Clancy, and I would highly recommend these guys. I will be bringing my truck back to them for the majority of work that I don't do myself. I feel they have earned my trust.
