if Im running 460hp/780TQ. and eliminate the defueling in all gears and all shifts what type of upgrade would be necessary? Scared to tune the defueling on SL with bone stock tranny.

Defueling a stock trans is not a good idea, at all. According to your future plans, do it right the first time. Transmission updgrades can be costly if they need to be done over. I would suggest a minimum stage IV Suncoast, or ATS equivilent. EFI and a turbo will push the 600HP envelope depending on tuning. Prepare wisely.
