Has any one had any problems with there driver seat the back that you lean against makes a poping and squeaking noise the passenger side pops sometimes. My truck dose not have the lumbar control's. Thanks

Yes. My 03 seat was making a bit of noise. I traded it off before I had it fixed. I found out where the problem was and lubricated it. It would help for a week or so then start up again. I think the larger you are and the more you get in and out the more troubles you will have. I get in and out of my truck about 5 times a day and I am 6'2" and a bit over 200lbs. I am sure if my 105lbs fiancee was driving it there would be no problems. It had about 20,000 miles when it started. Either way the dealership is going to have to fix yours.

LOL i don't think its too much of a weight issue. i am 6'1 and 175lbs & my gf is 5'9 130lbs and it pops anytime but not all of the time. If i take it to the dealer, and they say its ok, what should i do? Most of the dealers around here are d*cks about fixing stuff. If they have to repalce the whole seat, does anyone know if i could pay a lil extra to have the seat & lumbar controls??

i don't the whole seat would be replaced under any circumstance. I assume it servicable. So if it needs a part they replace a part not the whole seat.
