I am looking at getting a turbo back 5" exhaust for my truck. i only have a couple things i need with it. It needs to have a straight through muffler, needs to have a deep throaty yet loud tone to it and it needs to exit the truck at a 45 degree angle like the stock exhaust. My 4" exhaust exited at a 90 degree and i didnt like how it looked. if you are asking you im replacing my 4" exhaust, well its because me and a buddy custom made the exhaust and that the time i loved it but then i didnt and then while driving down a dirt road everything from my muffler delete pipe back had a hanger break then hit the ground and got crushed so i need something new.

I have MBRP and it is exactly what you are looking for it sounds like. Straight through muffler, exits at a 45 and it is very well built. It has that deep distinctive dmax tone and cackle to it as you get up in the rpms. I absolutley love it and dont regret a thing!

I have a random question about MBRP's 5" system. Did your pipes come with labels glued to them and oil from the bending process all over the pipes?

I dont remember any labels on the pipes, maybe one at the most. As for the oil there was some type of greasy oily substance on the inside of the pipes that made some smoke for a little while as it burned out.

Mine took a couple of days to burn off the oil. The 5" MBRP is pretty loud!!!

I have a Ext. Cab Long bed LBZ and looked for hours for a 5inch turbo back for my truck all i could find was a Magna flow Cat back for a Ext. cab short bed and got that and a 4" to 5" inch cat delete pipe. with a 6inch tip i had to make a few mods to fit but it sounds awsome! but like 3 months later i found this site and found out that MBRP makes a 4inch turbo to mid pipes and 5inch back for my truck but oh well :oP
