I periodically crawl under my truck to look for leaks and did I ever find one. The whole back end of the tranny was all wet, under the bottom of the truck, and back axle but no drips on the ground. I pressure washed everything off and haven't seen a leak since about a week. Searching on here it seems it puked from the vent tube but why? I have 16k, hot full is between marks, haven't towed, all flat driving, and temp never over 180F. Looks like Mike L. says to run closer to the bottom end. Like to know what might of went wrong and should I just keep an eye on it or let some ATF out now?

Check the lengh of the dipstick for cracks.

Took it to the stealer to day and they drained about a quart out. Said it was over filled and coming out the vent when it gets hot. I checked the dipstick when I got home and its between the full cold and the hot low. Its a new measurment I guess. I'll just have to keep an eye on it. But I wonder why it hasn't leaked since the Transgo jr. deep pan, and transynd was done 13k ago and now its over filled.
