I am going to buy a 2005 3500 with the Dmax. Can anyone on here suggest who makes the best exhaust, intake and chip? There seem to be tons of options out there and I am not sure which one might offer me the best bang for the buck

I did the exhaust and intake and saw no improvements. The Edge ran great, but got poor fuel mileage. Currently testing the Power Pup and Quadzilla. Edge on e-bay right now.

your main benefit from upgrading the exhaust is going to be lower EGT's which translates into cooler temps and longevity of turbo and associated parts. I have heard more negative about intakes than positive. as far as box's..take your pick.

All the exhaust systems are about the same and the intake you can save your money on and spend it elsewhere. As far as chips, you need to decide what you will use your truck for and then go from there. Good luck

Critter - exhaust opens the truck up nicely....Also, I, along with quite a few of the LLY owners out there have found the predator to be an excellent addition to our trucks.......
