Which one is better, i priced them to be about $400 apart in price which isnt a big deal. Which will be the easiest to install?

Either lift is good quality. Cognito will push your front tires out a little more though. If that isn't a concern then go Cognito, or if want to save the $400 for other upgrades later then go TC...

I just installed a Cognito lift to my 05 GMC 3-weeks ago and it handles great.

Depends on how much you want to spend and how high you really want it. What size tires will you be running? TC is the best bang for the buck because it includes the rear lift blocks too...unless you're doing new leafs. TC is a good solid lift. A lot of people have Cognito on here and they all like it.

Its amazing all the different opinions we get on lifts are. I talked to a owner of a shop in the bay area who told me CST and Cognito were bad lifts (he is a CST retailer but sells very few because he pushes RCD) and that RCD was the best to go with the least amount of problems.....nontheless I went with CST 6" :), so after I get it on I will let everyone know how I like it
