The only PN I can seem to find is for '05 and below, which is the grey one. Even on GM parts.com

Im looking for the black valance ('06) with OE fog lamps.

This is the # I used when I got my black one. 10397999
It may be an old #, but it should cross reference to a new.

Here are the BLACK deflectors available new from GM (fits Silverado 2003-2007 Classic)

10397998 - without fog lights or tow hooks
10397999 - with fog lights and tow hooks
10398000 - with tow hooks but without fog lights


EDIT: Maybe I misunderstood your question. If you are looking for the Foglight Kit with Black deflector,
that part number is 17802547 and includes everything you need along with a pre-cut Black deflector.
