Can I lift the 2 front wheels off the ground at the same time with a single jack, if so where is the lift point located?
Can I lift the 2 rear wheels off the ground at the same time with a single jack, if so where is the lift point located?
I have seen the jack placed under the rear axil differential but not sure if that is good???

It's dumb to lift the rear by the banjo. You can bend your axle tubes. Use two jacks under the spring perches or frame.
The front weighs about 4,000 lbs. If you have enough jack, and you've removed the plastic skidpan (if so equipped), you can jack it up by the crossmember.
At least that's how I've been doing it.

on the front, you can use the cross member, on the rear, the center of the diff

This was discussed before. Someone mentioned that they had their front cross member bend, while lifting....?

Mine hasn't bent yet, but I use about a 12" long 4x4 on the jack saddle.
