I just took my truck in to tighten up the RCD lift and to my dismay the place said that the idler arm assembly and tie bar is busted. I have never had this truck off road and just can't believe this happened. To top it off, it's will not be taken care of under warranty because of the lift....anyone go through the same chit?? Terrible time for this to happen since the truck is up for sale and 2 buyers are coming up to see it this weekend :(

It is a very common problem, especiallly on lifted trucks. You might want to look at Fabtec's new HD replacements. They look extra beefy...............

Thanks, I didn't know about that....not too familiar with lifted truck stuff and not too happy about crap breaking without ever getting off the pavement.

Those parts a high wear items under the best of circumstances. My '97 with 80k has been through 3 sets. It's sole job is towing. Reminds me to check my '02 for the same thing
