I installed the Edge/Attitude last week and tried to try it out however the roads were snow covered and even in 4 wheel drive it would just spin. I did see 1300 EGT with stock air cleaner and exhaust. The temperature was around 20 F that day.
I have not used the truck since and tried it out tonight. It is -7 F and I drove over 50 miles to my destination. I tried all the settings on the Edge and there was no difference in power. The boost would get to about 25 and the EGT just over 1000. The engine temperature was running between 177 and 192.
Can anyone tell me why this thing is not working? I do have the Predator programmed to correct my speedo on the stock setting????

Most likely the motor never got warm enough for the Juice to kick in.

Well that's not to good. This is a warm day up here! Usually around -40 F.

ratlover is correct. 180 deg. and she should come alive. If not, you have issues with the box.

Temp gauge could be off. Wonder what the ECM was registering for temp? I assume that is where the Edge determines if it is OK to power up or not.

I assume you mean the MOD Temp? I checked that and it was around 2 or 3 on the way to town. The way back it was up to 17.

I was referring to coolant temp. Maybe it never hit 180 according to the ECM but the gauge was reading above 180. These factory gauges are not the most accurate things in the world.
My factory gauge reads higher than the Attitude readout for engine coolant temp. You never did say if you're running a cold front?
It takes quite awhile for mine to warm up to where the Juice kicks in even around here in the Winter. Check the engine temp readout on your Attitude to make sure it's showing warm enough.
I think the data comes from the same source, but towin43 is right about factory gauge error.

No I do not have the winter front. I am scared to put it on from what I have read. Don't want to scratch all the paint!
I am purchasing the solid stainless winter front & will see if that works.
The temp I was reading from was the attitude display.

If you set the display on the attitude to read engine temp you will see that 180 degrees is where it kicks in.

Yes I did see up to 192 on the Attitude display. Still no power differrence!
