Looks like a HP P/S hose that is leaking. Should I worry about it right away? P/S fluid level looks normal, and Brake fluid looks normal.

Better to fix it before it turns your ride into an oil soaked mess. I haven't seen many catastrophic failures but that doesn't mean it can't happen.
