I've been looking into getting a RC 4x4 Duramax for a while now. I'm not in any hurry as I don't NEED one, I just WANT one. It'll basically be used as a daily driven car. Right now I have a RC 4x4 1500 Z71 with 75K on it so I'm in no hurry, but the diesel bug is getting stronger. I grew up on a dairy farm in Ky, and have always driven diesel trucks up until a few years ago.
I don't really care about the lack of options, all I want is a 4x4 Duramax with good A/C. Sorry about the rant here is the truck.
I know its got some high miles for an 05, but it has to be all highway. Do you think this truck would be good for another 5 years and 100-110k miles? What price would make it worth looking at?

I would say that it would be good for another 100K or more miles. A good buy would be around $15K. A decent buy would be $16K-$17K. My 2 cents

yea man shoot for 16-17. i think that would be good and yes it will last you plenty of more miles 150K+ with regular maintence
